1. Where can I stay if traveling from abroad or the province?
Since each patients comfort needs vary we can suggest accommodations that are near to us. For most surgeries patient can leave right away. In some cases, a few hours of post-surgical rest is needed in which patients can use our recovery room for up two hours. Since we are an Ambulatory Surgical Center we can allow a patient to stay up to 18 hours for an additional charge.
The Hotels are just within 10-15 minutes and are for the account of the patient. We would be happy to make the reservation for you if needed:
5 Star: Crowne Plaza (attached to Robinsons Galleria Mall for shopping)
4 Star: Holiday Inn (also attached to Robinsons Galleria shopping/eating)
3 Star: Sulo Hotel Quezon, City
3 star: Imperial Suites hotel, Quezon, City
2. If I am flying into Manila how will I get to your center?
For those who are not familiar to the Philippines and need assistance, our Coordinator will be happy to meet you at the airport and bring you to the hotel. We can provide service to our center from your hotel and vice-versa.
3. Are there packages available?
Yes, for those patients having other procedures done at the same time there are price adjustments to avail of. You can email us your procedures requested and we can quote you a package price all inclusive.
4. What tests will I need before I have an operation?
Since we are a full service one stop Ambulatory Surgery Diagnostic and Imaging Center. We have full range of laboratory services and multi-specialty physicians that can have you checked out and cleared for surgical procedures should the need arise.
5. What is Medical Tourism?
The Philippines is rich in culture and is an exotic tropical paradise. We encourage you to see many of what the country has to offer...... in moderation. It maybe enticing to participate in many activities however, keep in mind it may compromise patients' recovery time, after surgery activities should be limited. It is okay for moderate walking and day trips to such places as Tagaytay, Villa Escudero, Hidden Valley etc..... and within Metro Manila such Intramuros or shopping excursions to many Malls.
6. What can I do if I'm back in my country and develop a complication?
Medicine is not a exact science and there is no such thing as guaranteed results neither here or any place in the world. However, we can coordinate post operative surgery with our plastic surgeon and a General Surgeon in your country should the need arise
